Drinkin' Buddies was a project that looked at the narrative aspect of getting drunk. The project was broken down into Six stages of One night that followed me as the protagonist as the night progressed.
Each stage of the night is represented by a resin bottle sculpture and a craft beer styled label. These followed the character mood and thought process from the "cool, calm and confident" beginning up until the regrettable hangover stage.
The labels include a personal narrative instead of ingredients that detail what a sober version of the character might think of the subject when looking back at each stage of the night.
Penguin Book Cover
This was my entry for the 2015 Peunguin competition. I was tasked to redesign a book cover for Carries war, a story which involved two children and their journey amongst the backdrop of World War Two and Operation Pied Piper.
During a research project i looked into the subculture of Bike Punk and created an aesthetic for a "Bike Gang" I looked at the different positions its members occupied in these gangs and created a identity patch for each one. Since it revolved around Bicycles i used a reflective ink that allowed the wearer to be seen if cycling at night.
